Shopping Policy

The prices indicated on Surcom Online Store are all in Hong Kong dollars. Our store is aimed for Hong Kong and Macau users.

Once the order is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

For pre-orders, order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Upon successful order placement, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

All orders are required to complete payment at check out process.

Customers are required to provide their real name and phone number.

Customers are required to check the goods once order is delivered/picked up. If there are any problems, please report to Surcom immediately for follow up within 5 working days. You are required to keep the signed receipts and the goods (including the original packaging). Please refer to "Return Policy" for more details.

Surcom Limited. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision by Surcom Limited.will be final.

Shipping Policy​

Our team will check the goods before shipment to confirm that the goods meet the description.

At this time, we can only ship the products to commercial and residential addresses (except closed area) within HKSAR and Macau.

For HKSAR - Orders of HK$500 or above will be shipped for free. For orders less than HK$500, the shipping charge is HK$30 per order.

For Macau - Delivery service by rate of product and weight. Shipping costs calculated per each product inside one order.

After you have selected the delivery service during the ordering process, you can select the available shipping options and rates.

All "Standard Delivery" orders will process and deliver within 1-5 working days. Customers will be contacted if we come across any problems to their order.

Shipping confirmation email will be sent to customer when order is packed and ready. Orders shipped with SF Express will include tracking number inside the email. Orders without tracking number provided will be delivered by Surcom courier team.

Customer will be contacted before delivery by Surcom courier team to arrange delivery date and time. Any missed calls could cause a delay in delivery process.

After Surcom courier team has contacted the customer and arranged the delivery schedule (time and date), if customer had missed or not available to receive their order upon courier arrival; a delivery charge of HK$30+ shall apply for second time delivery. Cash payment will be collected by our courier upon second delivery schedule.

If the products are returned to us due to conflict between the delivery address and the address you filled in, no shipping charge can be refunded, but you will be issued a full refund for such products.
Self-collection Policy at Surcom CS Centre

At order check out, you can select a desirable self-collection method such as Surcom Limited. Customer Service Centre to self-collect your order.

If you select "Surcom Limited. Customer Service Centre" for pickup (if applicable), the goods will be ready within 3 working days and the customer will be notified by message or phone call.
